Yoga of the Hands
Dawn Hauswirth will take beginner students and novices alike through a basic background look into hand yoga which are called mudras. Mudras are hand gestures that incorporate accupressure points and directing the flow of energy within our bodies using the hands and fingers to aid in health and healing. The complete class is approx 35 minutes or so in length.
We will go through:
Upon completion of this course, you will have a basic understanding of 11 different mudras, how to perform them, and how to use them in your daily life.
